In sintesi.....
Il DUP "precede" il bilancio, anche nell'ordine del giorno del consiglio (della sessione bilancio), e ne costituisce il fondamento giuridico e contabile.
Il DUP sostituisce la RPP nella sua sezione operativa (Se.O.).
